1. What is DoExam, and what does it offer?

You can experience seamless and efficient exam management with DoExam. Some features include, but are not limited to:
  1. Easy exam content creation and management with the question studio
  2. Adding interaction elements like pictures and videos to your questions

  4. Planning exams

2. Who are the users of DoExam?

DoExam caters mainly to individual instructors (teachers), but educational institutions, professional certification bodies, training organizations, corporate learning departments, and anyone conducting online courses can also benefit from DoExam.

3. How do you support customers?

We have an integrated support system that is optional and available at your request. You can implement your own support system as well. In general, to get support, you can click the sign at the top of your page, select the provided solutions, or send a message to support.

4. Should I download and install DoExam applications?

There is no need to download or install anything. You can enjoy DoExam and its features as a SaaS.

5. What are the different roles in DoExam?

DoExam has various roles like Admin, Support User, and Normal User each with specific responsibilities and access levels.

6. Can DoExam support multiple languages?

DoExam supports English by default. But in the Flexi plan, you can request any language to be added to your organization.

7. How can I create a new exam?

You can click on the Organization Exams on the side menu of the page and create your exam easily. Specify a name for your exam, set its start and end date and time, and create its content by uploading a file or choosing questions from the question bank. Then assign it to your desired group, define the scoring system, and you’re done!

8. Can I get help from AI to generate exam content?

Absolutely! One of the features provided by DoExam is the AI Question Generator, which utilizes artificial intelligence to generate diverse questions.

9. Where can I find an exam report?

After the exam ends, click on Organization Exams on the side menu of the page. Then click on the Report button on your desired exam card to get the exam report. 

10. What does the exam report include?

In this report, you can find the number of participants, the number of questions, the duration of the exam, the status of the participants, the list of questions, the rank of the participants, the average score, the average time spent on each question, and many other details.

11. What features can be accessed in DoExam's Groups section?

The Groups page offers a number of tools designed for efficient group management.  These include creating subgroups, viewing member lists, adding or removing members, obtaining group links, and editing group settings.

12. What features can be accessed in DoExam's Users section?

The Users page is where you can find user information like name, username, groups, access, and status. You can also find options like Add User, Edit User, Impersonate, and Deactivate.

13. How can I add users?

There are two ways to add users:
1. Through the Users page: Click the Users option on the side menu of the page to access the Users page, then click on the Add User button and follow the required steps.
2. Through the Groups page: To access this section, click the Groups option on the side menu of the page. There are three ways you can add users to your desired groups:
  1. The Add Users option: You can use this option to create and add a number of users to one or multiple groups at the same time.
  2. The Add Member option: You can use this option to add users who are already registered in DoExam to the desired group.
  3. The Get Link option: With this option, users who are already registered in DoExam will be directly added to the desired group after logging in.

14. What does the Settings section help me with?

You can adjust some important information about your organization in this section, like the Organization Name and Image, About Us, Terms of Service, FAQ, Default Language, and the Login with Google option. You can also share your social media links here.

15. What does the Question Studio in DoExam entail?

The Question Studio is a flexible tool for exam organizers to generate various questions, add interaction elements, categorize questions, and create a question bank.

16. How can I access the DoExam Question Studio?

Once you are logged into the DoExam platform, you can access the Question Studio by clicking on it on the side menu of the page.

17. What happens to a student's data if I book a solo or group plan for some time but then decide to cancel my subscription or not continue it? Can I still access the data for documentation?

You will still have access to your instance and organization or student data even after you cancel the subscription, in a word, your organization and historical data will not be deleted. You just cannot run or create any exams anymore after the plan is canceled. Of course, you can request us to delete it if necessary.

18. Does DoExam offer free trial


No. The Solo plan is such an affordable one which will give you a complete end to end experience. You may cancel any time.
